Take a look at some of the custom designed jewelry we have created in our shop. As you can see, jewelry repair isn't all that  we do.

first of all, your designs are awsome! my question… all designs are developed from jewerly wax? I'm interested in ear cuffs, ear wraps & spirals.  I was wondering if your company design such ear jewerly? if so, I would like to see a demonstration of that on your website, if I should design such a design, could I send it to your company to create?
I live in ohio, is this jewerly wax available at a craft store? or will I have to purchase from your company?

Hi Genia,

Yes, most of our designs are created from wax…..some are fabricated starting with stock gold or silver. As a matter of fact I am working on putting a video together showing the entire process of lost wax casting. If you send us a drawing of your design with approximate dimensions we can get you a price quote. http://www.stuller.com has wax for carving. If you don’t want to set up an account with them I can ship you some wax.

Best Regards,
Randy Kester

Alan,

Yes, send your mold to us and we can cast them. There are some different casting alloys we use that might work out better than bronze.

Finally, a jeweler with a price list for repairs. Appleton isn’t so far from Madison. Now I have a place to go. Thanks for your honest business practice. Love your designs. Found you via Wisconsin Made.com

Happy Holidays.

We have a number of rubber molds (in which to make “waxes”) . We wish to have bronze, non-porous (so they readily accept plating) castings made, usually 15-20 of each. If you feel that you wish a new customer and are in a position to make “short runs” please contact us. The molds will usually make castings weighing 1-2 ounces.
